How do we fulfil online orders?

Send your items to us

The first step is for you to send your items to one of our warehouses. When you onboard with Selazar, we will send you pre-made printable labels to mark your SKU(s). This way when we start ISP (inbound stock processing) at the warehouse, our technology scans and automatically uploads all your product details then we allocate all your stock to the appropriate shelf location.  

02.

Pick and Pack your items

When orders are received on your website, our warehouse is notified in real time through our API integration. We locate your items and prepare them for sending. We box them and offer custom packaging services should you have branded materials. We then prepare them for dispatch. All packaging details can be updated in your custom portal at any time. 

03.

Ship your items

After your products have been packaged and prepared for dispatch, one of our courier partners will arrive at our warehouse at a regularly scheduled time to collect and ship your items. We work with numerous partners that ship quickly and efficiently both domestically and internationally. Our process is so fast that customers can get their orders within 24 – 48 hours, advocating a better online delivery experience. We also handle all returns should this service be required.
