With Return Robin, your customers can easily manage and monitor multiple returns under one roof. We provide socially distanced collections via our courier partner Yodel, offering your customers reliable returns from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Return Robin How it works
Log your return
Your customer can enter their return details and choose a date that suits them between Monday-Saturday up to 2 weeks in advance.
Collection slot notification
We will notify your customer of their 2-hour collection window, on their chosen date.
Courier collects
No label, no problem. Our driver brings a label with them when collecting.
Track progress
Your customer can track and monitor the progress of their return until it reaches its final destination.
