To return an item, your customers can use our returns portal, Return Robin to make their return(s). Customers simply add their order reference and the email address that was used for the order.
The customer can choose between home collection or drop-off for their return(s). The easy-to-follow, step by step guide walks customers through entering the required information.
They then add the item, the reason for the return, and click “create return.” Customers can track and monitor the progress of their return. Once the package has reached our warehouse it gets reviewed, restocked, and the refund is issued.
